RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dublin, CA that is seeking an AI Engineer (Copilot).
Responsibilities:
* Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
* Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
* Work hands-on with Azure foundations supporting agents
* Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
* Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
* Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
* Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post-launch
* Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
* Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
* Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Power Platform foundation
* Hands-on Azure experience
* Azure backend/foundations used in this chatbot
* Chatbot build experience with real examples
* Support & troubleshooting mindset
* Strong communication skills
* Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
* Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
Tools/ Technologies:
* Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Virtual Agents)
* Azure (backend foundations)
* Microsoft ecosystem collaboration
* Hybrid enterprise environment with evolving AI roadmap
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
