Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to support product development through the design, execution, and analysis of test methods and protocols. This role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements. Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and protocols
- Perform hands-on testing, data analysis, and documentation of results
- Support development and validation activities for new and existing products
- Maintain test equipment, fixtures, and lab organization
- Communicate results, findings, and status updates to project stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 2 years of engineering or test experience
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
- Statistical analysis or experimental design experience
