Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure a positive technology experience for end users. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for technical issues, helping resolve hardware, software, network, and communication system challenges while supporting ongoing improvements to IT service processes and tools.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting users in a business technology environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop support
- Understanding of software installation, deployment, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
