This role is highly technical and focused on API specifications, data integrations, and system-to-system alignment, rather than traditional functional requirements. Key Responsibilities:

This role is highly technical and focused on API specifications, data integrations, and system-to-system alignment, rather than traditional functional requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between company and external agencies/partners
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications-especially around APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns
- Define and document how systems must change vs. how partner systems must change to enable seamless integration
- Collaborate closely with engineers, solution architects, data teams, and third-party vendors
- Review, validate, and refine API designs, payloads, mappings, and data flows
- Identify integration risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolution
- Support rapid, iterative projects with shifting priorities and short timelines
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on complex integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST), data models, schemas, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to read, interpret, and discuss technical designs with engineering teams
- Experience working directly with external vendors or agencies in a technical context
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills-able to -speak engineering- and business fluently
