Kforce has a client that is seeking an Talent Acquisition Fulfillment in Mechanicsburg, PA. Summary: We are seeking an on-site Staffing Recruiter to join a Field Talent Acquisition team. This individual will help screen and hire an entry-level workforce within fulfillment center operations. The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who keeps candidate experience top of mind and builds strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in hiring top talent and supporting business growth. What You'll Do:

• Execute recruiting and pipeline-building plans
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and achieve staffing goals
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing strategies
• Build talent pipelines aligned with business needs and market trends
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate hiring progress and results
• Identify and implement process improvements within recruiting operations
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• Connect with new hires to support a positive onboarding experience
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and vendor/agency management skills
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Comfortable using modern recruiting technology and tools
• Proven ability to build productive relationships and take initiative
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt quickly
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
