Kforce has a client that is seeking a Support Tech in Shelton, CT. This is a 6-month rolling contract. Duties Include:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Technical support: Providing technical support and training to end users post-deployment
- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation and reports
- Compatibility assessments: Conducting compatibility assessments of hardware and software
- Collaboration: Collaborating with IT teams
- User orientation: Engaging and supporting end users
- Hardware functionality: Ensuring proper hardware functionality, including testing and troubleshooting
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Salary : $22
