Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Enterprise/Scaled Agile) in Gahanna, OH. Summary: In this role, you will lead high-impact Agile delivery for enterprise projects. You'll coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices, foster self-organization, and partner with Product Owners to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; Or Associate's 2 years of related technical experience; Or HS Diploma/GED 4 years of related technical experience
- Certification: Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org)
- 8 years of delivering products/projects, including 5 years on Agile teams (preferably Scrum)
- Additional Required experience: Scrum Master that also values key project management deliverables such as Budget forecasting, project status reports, sponsor meetings, etc.
