Kforce's client, a leading retail services company with several major operation brands throughout the US, is searching for a Senior Reporting Accountant to work a hybrid role in Westborough, MA. This client is fast-growing and offers a strong benefits package which includes health insurance, 401K with match, flexible spending, etc. This role will work 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week. Responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and review journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Analyze fluctuations in balance sheets and identify underlying causes
- Lead regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss accounting-related updates and potential issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting systems and processes
- Assist with preparing financial statements
- Compile audit schedules and review data prepared by finance
- Review contracts for accounting implications and communicate findings
- Respond to ad-hoc internal and external requests
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or tracking for CPA is preferred
- 3 years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
