Senior Quorum Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quorum Systems Specialist to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and is capable of supporting systems hosted in our cloud environment on AWS. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the use of Quorum products including QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar
• Support the implementation and integration of Quorum systems within the company's infrastructure
• Provide support for these systems hosted in our cloud environment on AWS
• Troubleshoot and triage system and server issues for Quorum products
• Understand the database side of the application to help with data issues and integrate data across systems
• Provide training and support to team members on Quorum products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze and report on system performance and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Quorum systems
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong knowledge of Quorum products: QLS, TIPS, QQM, QGIS, and ECalendar
• Experience supporting systems in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of databases and experience with data integration
• Knowledge of Oracle databases (version 12 and 19)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
