- Analyze pricing, margin, and cost drivers to identify revenue and profitability opportunities
- Design, maintain, and optimize pricing models that reflect customer, product, and regional dynamics
- Develop pricing recommendations by modeling scenarios, assessing trade-offs, and tracking results
- Partner across sales, finance, and product teams to improve deal quality and pricing execution
- Oversee pricing data integrity and system alignment across CRM, ERP, and CPQ platforms
- Communicate pricing insights, standards, and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics or related field
- 3 years of experience in pricing, product management, commercial finance, business analytics, or closely related roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Oracle or a related ERP system, Salesforce, and CPQ/pricing systems
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including comfort working with large datasets, performing trend analysis, and building pricing or financial models
- High attention to data accuracy
- Strong communication skills
