Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Database Engineer in Mesa, AZ. Overview: We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Database Engineer to support and optimize enterprise Oracle database environments across both on-prem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role focuses on database architecture, cloud migrations, performance tuning, automation, high availability, security, and disaster recovery. Key Responsibilities:

This role focuses on database architecture, cloud migrations, performance tuning, automation, high availability, security, and disaster recovery. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases in OCI and hybrid environments
- Support Oracle Autonomous Database, Exadata, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN, RAC, and ASM technologies
- Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-prem Oracle environments to OCI
- Optimize database performance, reliability, and security
- Manage backups, recovery, monitoring, patching, and upgrades
- Automate administrative tasks using Terraform, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support mission-critical applications
- 8 years of Oracle Database Administration experience
- 3 years of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise database environments
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred)
- Strong expertise with RAC, ASM, Exadata, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN, and performance tuning
- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
