Responsibilities

Kforce is partnering with a well-established privately held company to hire a Senior HR Business Partner/Generalist to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role serves as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives across employee relations, talent strategy, and workforce development. This position offers great salary and benefits, and a great culture. The position will be hybrid in the Southern Southeastern Massachusetts. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary advisor on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws in a manufacturing setting
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning, retention strategies, and workforce planning
  • Lead training and development initiatives, including skills gap analysis and leadership programs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Leverage local networks to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) to support data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve staffing models and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Bilingual Spanish (required) - strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and Excel
  • Strong knowledge of labor market dynamics within a manufacturing workforce

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
