Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 4 years working with Guidewire Insurance Suite
- 3 years recent and continuous experience with Guidewire BillingCenter (v10 preferred; v9 or v8 acceptable)
- Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance; Non-standard auto experience preferred
- Proficiency in documenting workflows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Advanced understanding of SDLC and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence; SQL/data analysis skills
- Nice-to-have: Control-M scheduling, ServiceNow, AWS
