Senior FP&A Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FP&A Supply Chain Analyst in Manchester, NH. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Supply Chain Analyst to support global procurement and supply chain strategy through data analysis, dashboard development, financial reporting, and process automation. This role will analyze direct and indirect spend, track purchasing savings, maintain supplier master data, and provide actionable insights to Purchasing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain dashboards that track purchasing performance, savings, cost avoidance, working capital, and value delivery
• Collect, cleanse, reconcile, and analyze purchasing and supplier data
• Partner with Finance to validate savings and ensure alignment with financial results
• Analyze material costs, supplier performance, market trends, and purchasing activity
• Support budgeting, standard costing, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Purchasing, Finance, Commercial, and executive leadership
• Lead supplier master data cleanup, governance, and reporting initiatives
• Standardize purchasing data and reporting processes across regions
• Develop KPIs and self-service reporting tools
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes
• Support supplier risk, working capital, and cost-reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with global Purchasing, FP&A, Costing, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing analytics, procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or a related role
• Strong experience with spend analysis, reporting, dashboards, and large datasets
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow concepts
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel Power Query, or similar analytics tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management abilities
• Strong communication, presentation, and project-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams

• Global procurement or purchasing experience
• SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP experience
• Supplier master data and data-governance experience
• Standard costing and material budgeting experience
• Experience with reporting automation and data-science methods

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
