This client offers great salary and benefits, and a flexible work environment - 4 days in office, 1 day remote. Duties:

- Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Develop and analyze financial reports comparing actual results to budget and prior year
- Serve as a strategic financial partner supporting business planning and performance
- Maintain reporting dashboards to track results
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders outside of Finance
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
- 3 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or analysis
- Strong FP&A experience, including variance analysis and management reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong business acumen, judgment, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred (Great Plains / Microsoft Dynamics a plus; Oracle exposure helpful)
