Kforce has a client in Wilmington, MA that is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in partnership with leadership
- Build and maintain financial models to analyze performance, profitability, and key business drivers
- Prepare management reports, including variance analyses and executive summaries, on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Present financial results, trends, and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely close processes
- Extract and analyze data from financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Support the preparation of presentations and ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the design and implementation of improved reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Work closely with operational teams to align financial objectives with business goals
- 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (ERP platforms)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Background in a similar industry or operational environment
- Ability to develop financial models and provide actionable insights
