Kforce is partnering with a client in the greater Saint Louis area to find a Senior Credit & Collections Analyst. This role will support credit and collections operations, including receivables monitoring, customer credit analysis, collections activities, and reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing credit limits, supporting process improvement initiatives, analyzing customer account data, and partnering with internal teams to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive timely payment resolution. What you'll do:

This role will support credit and collections operations, including receivables monitoring, customer credit analysis, collections activities, and reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing credit limits, supporting process improvement initiatives, analyzing customer account data, and partnering with internal teams to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive timely payment resolution. What you'll do:
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reporting, including key performance indicators and portfolio trends
- Support cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and department projects while assisting leadership and team members as needed
- Evaluate customer credit risk using internal and external financial data and recommend appropriate credit exposure levels
- Monitor receivables, aging, collections activity, and credit limits to support cash flow, working capital, and compliance objectives
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues, maintain operational continuity, and support overall credit and collections functions
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred with progressive experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable functions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience mentoring or supporting team development in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP preferred; system implementation experience is a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
