Kforce has a client in Utah Valley, UT that is in need of a Senior to Principal-level RF Phased Array Antenna Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and validation of advanced antenna systems. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting both existing products and new development efforts, with meaningful ownership across the full engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting both existing products and new development efforts, with meaningful ownership across the full engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of phased array antennas
- Design antenna elements, array architectures, feed networks, and beamforming systems
- Perform electromagnetic (EM) simulations
- Conduct link budget analysis and system-level RF performance evaluations
- Analyze antenna and RF measurement data and refine designs based on results
- Oversee prototyping, testing, integration, and validation of antenna systems in lab and limited field environments
- Perform antenna and RF measurements
- Design printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) that include RF, digital, and power circuitry
- Support board bring-up, debugging, and validation
- Develop scripts for test automation, calibration, data analysis, and RF/antenna performance evaluation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RF, microwave, DSP, systems, embedded, and mechanical engineering teams
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7 years of experience in antenna engineering with a strong focus on phased array systems
- Electromagnetics and antenna theory
- Phased array principles (beam steering, grating lobes, mutual coupling)
- RF and microwave circuit design
- Hands-on experience with HFSS, CST and/or FEKO (preferred)
- Proficiency with Python or MATLAB for modeling, simulation, data analysis, and automation
- Experience performing antenna and RF measurements using professional lab equipment
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, preferably Altium
- Ability to work onsite in a hardware-focused, laboratory environment

Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
