This role will report to the CEO and oversee a portfolio of accounting firms, ensuring that their performance meets/exceeds performance goals. You will be responsible for Financial & Operational Standards, Strategic Growth, and overall Organizational Leadership. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Operational Performance:

- Oversee the financial performance of all firms in the region, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitable growth
- Monitor and optimize key business KPI's, including client acquisition and retention, employee acquisition and retention, and productivity
- Partnering with corporate finance and Partner Firms to develop and adhere to quarterly forecast and annual budgets
- Standardize processes across service lines (Audit, Tax, Attest, Bookkeeping, CAS, etc.) to improve efficiency
- Identify and foster regional relationships to drive additional M&A/tent pole, tuck-in acquisitions, and referrals
- Establish the Cultural and human capital to support the brand establish, monitor, and coach performance standards across the organization
- Change Management and Integration Support
- Best Practice Identification and Implementation
- Managing Communications between Firms
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 15 years of related Leadership experience in the professional services industry (public accounting or similar) working for a Private Equity firm or PE backed organization with multiple business units
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Solid understanding of Accounting Firm model with a demonstrated track record of growth
- Skilled with human performance accountability
- Strong IT Systems, Tech stack integration background

Salary : $144,500 - $195,500
