Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience supporting recruiting, HR operations, or talent acquisition processes
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Proven experience coordinating interviews and working with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams across different locations and time zones
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience
- Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Detail-focused with solid critical thinking skills and a track record of following tasks through to completion
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple interviews and calendars simultaneously
- Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively when issues arise
- Comfortable using recruiting systems, calendars, and collaboration tools (ATS experience is a plus)
- Reliable follow-through and strong sense of accountability
