Summary: The Project Manager, HR Operations leads and supports HR initiatives that improve processes, technology, and employee experience. This role partners with HR leadership, manages project plans and timelines, and drives operational excellence across the HR function. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR projects involving people, process, and technology
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and operational performance
- Develop tools, templates, and processes to support consistent project execution
- Provide updates to HR leadership and ensure strong change management practices
- Support HR system upgrades and implementations, including data gathering, testing, and training
- Maintain documentation and follow project management standards
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5 years of project management experience; HR experience preferred
- Experience with MSP/VMS environments is beneficial
- Proficiency with MS Office and project tools; Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with all levels of the organization
- PMP certification is a plus
