Overview: This role is responsible for developing and managing capital expenditure budgets, performing comprehensive risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are positioned for successful execution. The consultant oversees survey contractor procurement and execution, ensuring all deliverables align with engineering design requirements and project schedules. The position leads cross functional coordination across development, engineering, permitting, and teams, while actively monitoring schedules and preparing projects for a seamless transition.
