Summary: The Enterprise Data Platform team is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to drive strategic planning, financial oversight, and roadmap execution for key data initiatives across the organization. This role will partner closely with senior technical leaders, data architects, product owners, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and measurable progress across the platform portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

This role will partner closely with senior technical leaders, data architects, product owners, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and measurable progress across the platform portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end to end program management for enterprise data platform initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and dependencies are clearly defined and maintained
- Guide senior team members in shaping, finalizing, and executing project plans, ensuring accountability and follow through across all workstreams
- Facilitate structured discussions with technical and business leaders, translating complex conversations into clear summaries, action plans, and roadmap updates
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and communication of multi quarter and annual roadmaps for the Enterprise Data Platform
- Consolidate input from engineering, architecture, product, governance, and business partners to build cohesive, actionable plans that support organizational priorities
- Ensure roadmaps remain aligned with evolving business strategy, data platform capabilities, and resource constraints
- Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against spend
- Provide transparent reporting on financial health, resource allocation, burn rate, and investment alignment
- Partner with Finance and leadership to support annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Produce clear, concise, and executive ready program updates, dashboards, and status reports
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies across stakeholders-engineering leadership, PMO, product teams, and executives
- 5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within data, cloud, analytics, or platform engineering environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate complex discussions into actionable plans
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading without direct authority
- Experience with agile methodologies, enterprise planning tools, and data focused project environments a plus
