A client with Kforce is seeking a Product Designer IV to join their team in Mountain View, CA. Summary: As a Principal Product Designer, you'll be joining a team of cross-functional experts who raise the bar on end-to-end experiences across multiple touchpoints. You'll combine your love of design craft with expert collaboration through all phases of the design cycle. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and innovation, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of beautiful and seamless customer experiences. - Delivering User Experience ideal state visions, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes
- Drive usability testing and rapid feedback cycles with customers to inform iteration, refinement and launch of prioritized concepts and features
- Collaborate effectively with researchers, product management, engineering, marketing, and other team members to set expectations for project scope and delivery, and communicate and refine solutions
- Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
- Participate in and foster the clients Experience Design Community and mentor junior members of the design team
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
