- The Principal Data Analyst will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data analytics solutions
- Develop predictive models and advanced statistical analyses to optimize business operations
- Transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- The Principal Data Analyst will mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analytics
- Create compelling visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior analytical role
- Expert knowledge of SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
