Principal Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Principal Data Analyst. Key Responsibilities :

• The Principal Data Analyst will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data analytics solutions
• Develop predictive models and advanced statistical analyses to optimize business operations
• Transform complex datasets into actionable business intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• The Principal Data Analyst will mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analytics
• Create compelling visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior analytical role
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
