- Process accounts payable transactions and review invoices for accuracy
- Provide general accounting and administrative support
- Assist with month-end close activities as needed
- Support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with accounting leadership on routine tasks and priorities
- Take initiative to identify issues and follow through on solutions
- Experience with accounts payable and basic general accounting functions
- Proficiency with common accounting or expense management software
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic and willingness to support a variety of accounting tasks
