Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Lowell, AR that is seeking a Network Engineer - Fortinet/WAN Support for a contract or contract-to-hire role for 6-12 months, potential to convert. The candidate is preferred onsite Monday - Friday; contract period could be remote, but onsite is expected if converted. Primary Focus: This role should be focused on Fortinet network support, firewall administration, WAN troubleshooting, routing, VPN, and general enterprise network operations. This is the person who can stabilize and support the core network environment while the team works through immediate staffing gaps.

- Routing and switching fundamentals
- Network performance troubleshooting
- Enterprise/multi-site network support
- Cisco wireless exposure
- Juniper Mist familiarity
- Arista exposure, but not required
- Mid-to-senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on Fortinet experience who can work independently in a production environment and support a multi-site enterprise network
