Kforce has a financial technology client that is seeking to hire a remote Marketing Operations Manager to join their team. Summary: The reason for this hire is that they need additional support for business requests coming in from recently acquired companies. Although this is initially slated as a six-month contract, this is going to be a long-term opportunity with ongoing extensions. This is a remote position that is open to candidates in the United States.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Requirements
- Ideally 4 years of experience in marketing analytics and/or marketing operations
- Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and Hubspot (or a similar CRM platform)
- Technical skills for editing HTML/CSS code and interfacing with engineering and development teams
- Expertise in marketing automation within Google Tag Manager and other related software
