This role offers exposure to the full leasing lifecycle, including transaction execution, financial analysis, tenant relations, and portfolio reporting. - Support negotiation and execution of LOIs, leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Prepare proposals, approval memos, summaries, and transaction packages
- Coordinate lender approvals, estoppels, and SNDAs
- Maintain accurate lease data in VTS, MRI, and internal systems
- Perform lease analyses (NPV, breakeven, commissions, comparisons) and review tenant financials to assess credit risk
- Maintain reporting on expirations, rent rolls, market comps, exclusives, and performance metrics
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and leasing strategy
- Manage listings on various platforms
- Support marketing materials, presentations, and leasing packages
- Partner with brokers on exclusives and campaigns
- Assist with tours and outreach
- Build relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal teams (Leasing, Property Management, Construction, Legal, Finance, Marketing
- Respond to inquiries and coordinate property access
- Process leasing-related invoices and commissions
- Coordinate meetings and site visits
- Maintain organized files and prepare internal reports
- Work with architects and consultants to update plans and verify square footage
- Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 4 years of related real estate leasing experience
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MRI, VTS, or other real estate platforms is preferred but not required

Salary : $97,750 - $132,250
