Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Technical Process Engineer in Doylestown, PA. Overview: The Lead Technical Process Engineer is a senior techno-functional role supporting the company's property deal underwriting and evaluation platform. This position sits at the intersection of financial modeling, business decision-making, Salesforce-based deal workflows, and AI-enabled evaluation tools built on Google Vertex. This role supports how property deals are:

• Evaluated
• Simulated under uncertainty
• Forecasted for long-term performance
• Approved or rejected based on financial value and risk
  
  

The individual will translate complex underwriting logic and financial simulations into scalable, AI-supported decision tools that influence real investment decisions. This is not an insurance underwriting role; experience must align with property, real estate, or investment deal underwriting. Business & Process Context:

• Deals are managed and evaluated in Salesforce
• Once approved at the developer level, deals move to analysts for deeper evaluation
• Google has already initiated POCs for AI-based underwriting evaluation

Monte Carlo Simulations: Used to evaluate risk and uncertainty in property investment deals Runs thousands of potential scenarios by varying assumptions such as:

• Market conditions
• Revenue performance
• Costs
• Timing variables
  
  

Used to project future financial performance of property investments: Forecasts typically include:

• Revenue over time
• Expenses
• Cash flows
• Market performance assumptions
• Forecasting supports long-term underwriting decisions
• This role validates that forecasting logic reflects realistic market behavior and business expectations

Technical & Platform Requirements: Salesforce (deal intake, evaluation, approval workflows): Financial modeling logic moving across:

• Salesforce
• Excel
• Google Gemini Enterprise
• Google Vertex AI

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
