- Assist with moves, adds, and changes (MAC) of equipment and cabling
- Perform basic hardware tasks such as racking and stacking servers and network gear
- Run copper and fiber cabling, including labeling and documenting connections
- Monitor environmental conditions and follow operational checklists
- Escalate issues to higher-level techs as needed, while learning systems and procedures
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
