Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implementation Program Manager in Naperville, IL. Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of the Paradox ATS platform, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Drive requirements gathering and solution design for both ATS and conversational chatbot functionality
- Partner closely with HR, TA, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth and timely migration from iSIMS
- Manage project plans, timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee data mapping, data conversion, and system integration workstreams
- Ensure alignment with Workday HCM, including configuration considerations and downstream impacts
- Serve as the SME for Paradox capabilities, best practices, and optimization opportunities
- Support contract management and budget expectations through end of year
- Provide post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement recommendations
- Proven experience delivering a Paradox system implementation (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on background in ATS and HRIS system migrations
- Strong understanding of HCM models and Workday integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical programs with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills - able to drive conversations, build alignment, and manage stakeholders
- Experience with high-volume, enterprise-scale environments preferred
- Experience with conversational chatbot design and optimization
- Prior consulting or vendor-side implementation experience
- Familiarity with large digital transformation initiatives
