Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an HR Enablement Specialist. Responsibilities:

  • Support deployment and workforce planning processes across multiple geographic markets and service areas
  • Coordinate staffing to ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects at the right time
  • Provide tactical and operational support to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client-facing teams
  • Assist with the execution of market and people strategies across multiple business functions
  • Support initiatives related to talent sourcing, coaching and development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices to employees and leaders
  • Deliver technical support in areas such as compensation, staffing, coaching and development, and policy interpretation
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and meet established deadlines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Build foundational experience and capability for progression into broader people management or HR leadership roles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in a similar HR, workforce planning, or operational support role
  • General knowledge of HR practices, policies, and people management processes
  • Ability to support managers and teams across multiple functions or business areas
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
