Kforce has a client in Linthicum, MD that is seeking a FP&A Consultant who will develop and maintain an Excel-based financial model that is clear, structured, and easy to use. Responsibilities:

- Utilize historical financial data and trends to support forecasting assumptions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to incorporate business assumptions and strategic plans
- Ensure the model reflects key initiatives, growth objectives, and investment activities
- Balance model detail and usability to support decision-making without unnecessary complexity
- Document model structure, assumptions, and processes
- Enable knowledge transfer so internal teams can update and maintain the model independently
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
- Supporting schedules
- Experience building multi-year (e.g., 3-5 year) financial plans and forecasts
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level, with strong attention to accuracy in data and financial inputs
- Extensive financial modeling experience
- Scenario modeling experience, including evaluating multiple business assumptions and outcomes
