Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Prior experience leading or mentoring others (formal or informal) strongly preferred
- Experience in construction, homebuilding, real estate, or land development is a plus
- A -heavy hitter- who can make an immediate impact both individually and as a team leader
- Someone who is comfortable being hands-on while also managing and developing others
- A professional who can think critically, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
