Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical and application support for enterprise systems. This role involves configuring and supporting modules on the ServiceNow platform, including Nuvolo solutions, while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules on ServiceNow (Asset Management, CMDB, etc.)
- Perform integrations, data migration, and workflow automation
- Develop and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring SLA compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application support or IT systems
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and Nuvolo modules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
