Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking an Email Campaign Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of consolidated and ad-hoc email campaigns from concept through launch
- Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to align objectives, creative direction, and campaign goals
- Manage creative-to-data mapping and deliver required assets to the email development team
- Conduct preview and quality assurance (QA) reviews, collect stakeholder feedback, and clearly communicate updates and revisions to the build team
- Review audit outputs as part of the QA process, gather required feedback, and manage approval workflows to ensure campaign readiness and compliance
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices while managing timelines and milestones
- Act as a subject matter expert for email best practices and performance optimization
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of related experience in digital marketing
- Strong project and channel management experience with great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of interactive marketing and email channel including targeting, messaging, creative, subject lines, testing, CAN-SPAM, deliverability, and email performance metrics
- Hands-on knowledge of highly dynamic, data-driven email templates
- Strong Microsoft proficiency
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Financial or related industry understanding is a plus
