Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking an experienced Director of Network Operations/Network Architect to lead the operational strategy for a global enterprise network. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the resilience, scalability, and efficiency of a highly complex, multi-vendor environment. Summary: This person is responsible for defining and executing a modern network operating model that prioritizes observability, automation-driven operations, disciplined IT service management (ITSM), and proactive issue prevention. The Director will work closely with network engineering teams to ensure operational readiness for all changes, deployments, and enhancements, while fostering strong collaboration across globally distributed teams. - Define and execute the global network operations strategy and operating model
- Drive adoption of observability, automation, and proactive incident prevention practices
- Lead best-in-class incident management, including tiered support and automated remediation
- Partner with network engineering to ensure operational readiness for all changes and deployments
- Oversee service introduction processes for new network capabilities and enhancements
- Establish and enforce ITSM best practices aligned with ITIL frameworks
- Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across geographically distributed teams
- Lead and mentor high-performing operations teams
- Ten or more years of related experience in enterprise network operations and IT infrastructure
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience supporting large-scale, multi-vendor network environments
- Strong background in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and observability platforms
- Experience with technology lifecycle management, vulnerability management, and industry best practices
- Deep understanding of enterprise ITSM platforms and ITIL frameworks
- Experience working within Lean/Agile delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
