Kforce has a client in Dresher, PA that is seeking a Director of Billing and Collections. Summary: The Director of Billing & Collections is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, execution, and continuous improvement of billing, invoicing, and collections activities within a retirement plan third-party administrator (TPA) environment. This role is heavily focused on operational excellence across billing and collections while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader TPA revenue ecosystem, including fee repositories, ancillary fees, and revenue recognition practices. The Director partners closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Service leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and complete billing and collections, minimize revenue leakage, and support a positive client and associate billing experience. The Director leads managers who oversee teams responsible for processing billing and collections and plays a key role in acquisition integration and audit readiness. Duties:

- Lead billing, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Oversee ancillary fee tracking and revenue capture while monitoring AR performance and DSO metrics
- Maintain knowledge of retirement TPA billing models, fee structures, and revenue workflows to support accurate billing and prevent revenue leakage
- Lead and develop managers overseeing billing and collections teams, driving performance, accountability, and process consistency
- Identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and support audit/compliance initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Service, and Sales teams, including supporting acquisition integrations and billing transitions
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-12 years of billing, collections, AR, or revenue operations experience, preferably within retirement plan TPA or financial services environments
- Experience leading teams, improving processes, supporting integrations, and managing operational risk required

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
