Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of FP&A - Hospitality in NYC. Duties:
- The Director of Finance will prepare the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, profitability models, and report upon variances
- Assist with formalizing budgets, and forecasts across multiple lines of business
- Assist with developing "decision support" strategic plans for both the Regional and Corporate Executive teams
- As a Director of Finance, you will build financial models to support forecasted revenue analysis
- Prepare KPI metrics: conduct business, trend, and competitive market analysis
- Assist the CFO with process improvement projects, (AI, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
- MBA, CPA, or CMA are strongly preferred
- 10 years of FP&A experience with multiple locations
- Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and NetSuite software skills

Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
