Kforce's innovative electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer and clean energy company is looking for 2 Data Center Technician's to join their Sparks, NV team. The expectation is for this solid candidate to have experience with a low voltage company of at least one (1) year. They will understand what a rack is, what CAT6A means, and how to troubleshoot layer 1 ethernet connections. Day to Day:

- Connecting patch cables & fiber jumpers
- Cleaning up and dressing cable in an idf closet
- Labeling cables
- Toning out drops
- Racking switches
- Removing old gear
- Connecting and managing power cables
- Dealing with ewaste and staging old gear for pickup
- 1 years of experience
- Experience with low voltage company with terminating 1000s of cables per month (preferred)
- Know how to rack equipment and familiar with CAT 6
- Must be flexible with schedule - may need to be open to night work or weekend work
- Self-disciplined
- Type-A personality who is excited to actually get the job done
- Able to hit the ground running
- Know to roll a fiber jumper or troubleshoot layer 1 ethernet connections
