Data Specialist

Responsibilities

A Kforce client is looking for a Data Specialist in the Fort Lauderdale, FL. Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary AP Specialist to assist our Accounts Payable team with high-volume invoice entry into Sage X3. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and PDF handling, comfortable working with large data sets, and can quickly adapt to new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter a high volume of invoices into Sage X3
• Organize and sort invoices by vendor, date, and priority
• Use Excel to track invoice status and flag discrepancies or missing information
• Work with PDF invoices, ensuring data is captured correctly and saved in the appropriate folders
• Communicate with team members to clarify invoice issues or exceptions
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of accounts payable or data entry experience
• Strong Excel skills (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
• Comfortable working with PDFs and digital filing systems
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
