Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Center Management Specialist in Allen, TX. Key Responsibilities: Access Requests:
- Manage and fulfill access requests, including weekend coverage
- Perform manual data entry and updates in Device42
- Execute bulk uploads into ServiceNow for asset tracking
- Serve as the team's Device42 specialist-currently a unique skillset within the group
- Support transition planning and implementation for Sunbird
- Assist in testing asset management workflows for the data center
- Input and manage data related to servers, switches, DIMMs, and other hardware
- Provide light technical insight to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Device42, ServiceNow, and ideally Sunbird
- Familiarity with data center hardware and asset lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks during weekend shifts
