- Expert Knowledge: Provide specialized insights in CSS (Customer/1) on Supplier Services and can design the technical solution in coordination IT & Business teams
- Application Development: Design, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS
- Performance Optimization: Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to enhance efficiency
- Data Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security policies
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve system issues, and implement enhancements
- Knowledge Maintenance: Developing and maintaining an understanding of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements
- Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and assist in training to the developers
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
