Kforce has a client that is seeking a Corporate Controller in Lakeland, FL. Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee a team of 7-9 people on both the project accounting side and the GL accounting side
- Provide strategic oversight by providing direction and leadership but being able to get in the weeds when necessary
- Report back to the C suite and CEO with reports/finding/analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 10 years of accounting/finance leadership experience
- 5 years of construction industry accounting/finance experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
