Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Contracts Administrator. Responsibilities:
- Review, revise, and prepare basic redlines for standard commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), product purchase agreements, quotes, GPO agreements, and other commercial supply agreements, using approved templates and playbooks
- Support the end-to-end contract process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain and update the Company's internal contract tracking systems, including Salesforce (SFDC) and/or equivalent tools, to ensure accurate status reporting
- Assist with the administration of the contract management system, helping ensure contracts move efficiently from request through execution
- Review contracts to identify key legal and business terms and escalate questions, risks, or non-standard terms to senior contracts or legal team members as appropriate
- Assist with drafting and updating standard contract templates, correspondence, and basic memoranda under guidance
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support contract accuracy and process compliance
- Ensure contract documentation is complete, properly stored, and accessible in accordance with company policies
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate legal, contracts, or contract administration environment, with an understanding of commercial contracts and contract lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Oracle, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Must be technically savvy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally, tke direction from senior stakeholders, and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Detail oriented and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop knowledge of contract standards, systems, and internal processes
