Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compensation Analyst in Boston, MA. Duties:
- Compensation Analyst will assist in creating and updating compensation models, including salary and incentive programs
- Prepare and track compensation-related payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Review and validate calculations for compensation programs and provide feedback as needed
- Analyze compensation data to support reporting and business decisions
- As a Compensation Analyst, you will prepare and verify employee statements and communications regarding compensation
- Collaborate with internal teams on projects and initiatives related to compensation and financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field
- 4 years of experience in compensation, accounting, or financial operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with digital tools preferred
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
