Kforce has a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL that is seeking a Commercial Contracts Analyst. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and executing agreements
- Support and manage the organization's internal contract administration process
- Handle redline turnaround requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and legal compliance
- Review and negotiate customized commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), rental agreements, and related contract documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract negotiations with customers and external business partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations align with business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 or more active contracts at various stages of review, negotiation, and execution
- Maintain contract documentation and records within existing systems, including Word-based contracts and Google Drive repositories
- Assist with evaluating and implementing contract management tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility
- Identify contractual risks and provide practical recommendations to support business operations
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- 3-5 years of experience reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts
- Experience handling B2B commercial agreements, including lengthy and customized contracts with multi-year terms
- Strong contract redlining and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
