Kforce has a client in need of a Change Communications Consultant in Johnston, RI. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans for Enterprise Transformation initiatives
- Coordinate with program managers, change managers, and key stakeholders to align messaging
- Create and manage content including presentations, articles, scripts, videos, and microsite updates
- Maintain organized communication assets in SharePoint or Teams and ensure brand compliance
- Provide guidance on best practices for messaging, tone, and communication tactics
- Monitor audience engagement, adjust strategies, and implement innovative approaches to drive adoption
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and use insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness
- 5-7 years of experience in internal communications strategy and execution
- Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations and visual assets
- Experience managing SharePoint pages and microsite content
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Background in supporting large corporate and technology transformations
- Experience with video scripts, persona development, and multimedia content
- Strong writing and communication skills for all organizational levels
- Proficient in design and copywriting; Adobe InDesign experience
- Ability to build and manage end-to-end communication plans using project tools
