- Gather and document functional business requirements
- Conduct data analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) post-development
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Work efficiently within an Agile/Scrum environment
Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL and data query skills
- Experience in building and managing databases
- Ability to write clear technical specifications
- Understanding of mortgage finance data
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Fast learner and self-starter
- Excellent communication skills (business and technical context)
- Team player with experience in Scrum methodology
